Reginald and his cohort advised President Biden’s administration and contributed to policies for educational equity.

Reginald Crossley currently serves as the Youth Commissioner for the Fulton County Government Department of Community Development. Daily, his role is to advocate for the many issues presently plaguing our youth and communities through the influence of government programming, policies, legislation, and grants.

Reginald currently leads the metro Atlanta My Brother’s Keeper Fulton County Chapter for the Obama Foundation and MBK Alliance; in an effort to help continue President Obama’s mission of male mentorship for boys and young men of color. For close to two decades, Reginald has effectively developed programs for government agencies and key organizations alike, most of which focused on life skills, drug prevention, violence and gang prevention, and crime de-escalation.

The homeless and impoverished population of Atlanta is one of Reginald’s greatest concerns. Since 2009, he has led Fulton County’s homelessness initiative entitled H.O.P.E (Helping Other People Every day), which has serviced over 50,000 homeless individuals since its inception. His mission is to connect those in need to a network of FREE resources and available services for rehabilitation, employment, and stable housing. Reginald is known for bringing the services to the people and reaches low-income pockets throughout the metro Atlanta area that are normally not serviced. He spends countless hours in the community, organizing stakeholders for a unified approach to addressing family needs.

For over a decade, Reginald has been involved in foreign policy and exchange missions with countries such as Brazil, China, Germany, South Africa, and Turkey. Reginald enjoys traveling and has visited over 25 countries. It has been Reginald’s mission to help combat homelessness and child poverty through advising foreign consular offices and NGOs to pathways that promote economic development and energy generation.

Reginald currently serves with the United Nations Association (UNA) in an effort to create initiatives focused around peace, security, and human rights. Reginald has also worked with the Clinton Global Initiatives to help organize and fulfill global commitments for clean water and sanitation.

Reginald has been featured on CNN, CBS, Fox 5, and many local news outlets for his work with the youth, community development, and the low-income population throughout the United States and abroad.
