Hannah Cassimere

Executive Director, Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation

Hannah Cassimere is a nationally respected philanthropic executive and community impact leader with more than two decades of experience developing and managing high-profile nonprofit initiatives, celebrity-driven programs, and large-scale community engagement efforts. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation, where she leads the Foundation’s strategic vision, national programming, partnerships, and fundraising initiatives focused on youth empowerment, education, mentorship, and career readiness. Under her leadership, the Foundation continues to expand its reach and deepen its impact in communities nationwide.

Hannah’s expertise also extends to large-scale live event production and entertainment management. She played a key role in producing the Neighborhood Awards, where she led talent relations, coordinated celebrity and VIP experiences, and oversaw complex logistics including travel, accommodations, ticketing, and show operations. Her ability to manage high-level talent while executing seamless, nationally recognized events further distinguishes her as a leader at the intersection of entertainment and philanthropy.

Her work spans multiple sectors of social impact. She has supported girls’ empowerment and leadership initiatives with the Ludacris Foundation, advancing programs that foster confidence, education, and opportunity for young women. She has also collaborated with GRAMMY Award-winning artist Keri Hilson on community initiatives centered on youth development and creative empowerment.

Through her consultancy, Cassimere Consulting, Hannah has worked with No Barriers USA, founded by Erik Weihenmayer, an extreme adventurer who has climbed Mount Everest and all Seven Summits and who is also blind. She additionally served as Marketing Director and Project Manager for No Barriers USA, where she led fully inclusive national initiatives supporting individuals with disabilities, caregivers, veterans, and youth. Her work emphasized strategic communications, program management, and storytelling to elevate underrepresented voices and expand program visibility.

Hannah’s experience in youth and sports philanthropy includes leading youth sports and character-building programs in partnership with the NFL and Pro Football Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor, as well as managing major fundraising events for the Lawrence Taylor Family Foundation. She has also contributed to workforce development through consulting on a culinary arts training program for underserved individuals at City of Refuge in Atlanta, helping create pathways to employment and long-term economic stability.

Known for her strategic leadership, collaborative approach, and ability to bridge nonprofit, corporate, and celebrity partners, Hannah Cassimere continues to shape impactful programs that drive lasting change in the communities she serves.
