Girls Who Rule The World hosts Virtual Meet Up featuring Miss Teen USA

The Girls Who Rule the World Program (GWRTW) was designed to enhance young girls’ development and provide a forum for them to express themselves. Our mission is to empower young girls, show them the importance of a positive self-image, and empower them with tools to innovate, lead, and serve. This is accomplished through educational enrichment, exposure, and mentoring. Our 2020 virtual session was hosted by Influencer and Motivational Speaker Mikki Taylor and other girl influencers. The day was filled with engaging and informative sessions, including Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, College Readiness, Health & Fitness, the Business of Beauty, and so much more. Miss Teen USA also inspired the girls. This was a life-changing event for our girls, with over a hundred young viewers.

Wells Fargo Partners with Harvey Foundation for a Hands-On Virtual Financial Education Experience

The Hands-On Virtual Financial Education Experience presented by Wells Fargo was a program designed to teach teenagers the importance of money management and budgeting. This successful online program gave our young people around the world a glimpse into finances, budgets, and savings.

100 Girls of Code Conyers Partners with Harvey Foundation for Virtual STEM Camp

We partnered with 100 Girls of Code Conyers for an exciting STEM camp. Our youth were engaged in fun and interactive learning activities aimed at getting them excited about the worlds of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Steve Harvey & Celebrity Friends Surprise Youth for Virtual Mentoring Sessions

During COVID-19, we created a virtual program entitled “Mentoring Mondays” to connect with young men during these unprecedented times. It was created as a global interactive exchange, providing young men between 12 and 21 with mentoring advice and words of wisdom from Mr. Harvey. This program allowed Mr. Harvey to engage with mentees on numerous digital platforms. The exchanges focused on addressing mentee needs as they navigate through their daily lives and offered mentoring sessions that highlighted Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math, Financial Literacy, Health & Wellness, Entrepreneurship, and Manhood.

Steve Harvey Transforms Traditional Mentoring Camp into Virtual Program

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we transformed our traditional Steve Harvey Mentoring Camp into a virtual program. Hosted by Mr. Harvey, this camp offered powerful and inspirational workshops led by leaders across all industries. Some of our guest speakers included Bakari Sellers, ‘Charlemagne Tha God,’ Jeezy, Dr. Steve Perry, Willie Moore Jr., and Anthony Hamilton.
