Jenni Lewis is a global leader at the intersection of culture, leadership, and business strategy, currently serving as Global Head of Inclusion & Purpose Partnerships at Block, home to Square, Cash App, and TIDAL. She is known for translating human insight into scalable strategies that strengthen how organizations operate, lead, and connect with the communities they serve.

With over two decades of experience spanning marketing, communications, and talent strategy, Jenni brings a multidisciplinary lens to her work. She positions inclusion as a business-critical capability that enhances decision-making, accelerates innovation, and drives meaningful customer impact.

At Block, Jenni has led global initiatives that elevate leadership effectiveness, strengthen employee engagement, and deepen customer empathy across markets. Her work extends beyond the organization through strategic partnerships and community-based efforts that connect economic empowerment to real-world opportunity.

Prior to Block, Jenni served as Executive Director of Talent & Diversity at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Vice President of Digital Communications and Advertising at BNP Paribas Americas, where she also chaired the Global BOLD Employee Resource Group.

Jenni is a New York University alum, published author, and award-winning leader. She serves as an adjunct professor teaching branding and media strategy and is a sought-after speaker at national and global conferences.

Her impact has been recognized with the 2025 I Am Woman Award, a New York State Assembly Citation, a New York City Council Citation, a proclamation from State Senator Cordell Cleare, and the Public Advocate’s Certificate of Honor for her contributions to women’s empowerment, community advancement, and leadership.
