Steve Harvey Invites over 100 Non-Profit Leaders to Sand & Soul Festival for Celebration in their Honor

We were excited to host our very first Celebration of Non-Profit Leaders during the Sand & Soul Festival! We invited over 100 non-profit leaders from around the world to Cancún for a celebration in their honor. Not only was it a celebration, but also an opportunity to network, develop partnerships, and learn from each other.

The Next Step Education Foundation in partnership with the Steve & Marjorie Harvey.Foundation hosted the 6th Annual College, Career & Services Fair! We were excited to expose students and parents to many colleges and local service providers. Students were able to apply for colleges and get accepted on the spot! Students also received over $1,000,000 in scholarships offers!

Another great follow-up program with our partner, Next Step Education Foundation, Inc., preparing our students and parents for college! Special Thanks to The Achievement Institute for engaging with our youth about peer pressure, bullying, positive communication, mental wellness, and to Atlanta Public Schools for speaking with our parents about school involvement and sharing important information to help get families ready for college.

In our latest collaboration with partner John Casablancas Centers, the young men of the Steve Harvey Mentoring Program learned valuable skills on how to properly complete résumés and prepare for job interviews … the young ladies of Marjorie Harvey’s Girls Who Rule The World were treated to a make-up session and professional headshots!⠀

Harvey Foundation hosts 4-Day Summer STEM Camp in partnership with 100 Girls of Code Conyers

This was our first ever Summer STEM Camp in partnership with 100 Girls of Code Conyers! This 4-day experience exposed over 100 youth to many fun and interactive learning activities aimed at getting them excited about the worlds of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math!
